Psalm 81:10-14KJV — I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it. 11 But my people would not hearken to my voice; and Israel would none of me. 12 So I gave them up unto their own hearts’ lust: and they walked in their own counsels. 13 Oh that my people had hearkened unto me, and Israel had walked in my ways! 14 I should soon have subdued their enemies, and turned my hand against their adversaries.
Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank You for Your Word. Thank You for Your faithfulness. Lord, I see myself in these lines. I have often chosen my own way rather than submit myself to Your Word and Your will. I have felt the consequences of walking in my own counsel. Lord, thank You for using those things to teach me to choose You. Thank You for Your forgiveness and acceptance of my repentance. Thank You for teaching me how to guard against my flesh as well as the enemy’s lies, that I might not fall into sin, not chose it. Lord, please continue to teach me Your Word and Your ways that I might not sin against You or anyone else. Lord Jesus, for those who are unaware of their state, please bring them clarity through Your Word and shine Your truth into their hearts that they might see themselves as You do and mend their ways. Lord, for those who have yet to know You, thank You for continuing to wait patiently for them, for continuing to put many proofs of Your love and Your righteousness before them. May their eyes be opened, their ears be opened, and their heart softened that they might see the truth and believe. Thank You, Jesus for Your gift of salvation. May Your name be glorified through our the whole earth. I love You, Jesus. Thank You so much for the power being returned! Amen.
Amen!
Thank you for joining me in prayer. Blessings!
