Today’s prayer:

Ephesians 5:8-9 NKJV — For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth),

Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank You for Your Word. Thank You for walking us forward into Your truth. Lord, thank You for redeeming me, and making me a reflection of You, Your light shining through me. Lord, please help me to walk with You in integrity, to cultivate the fruit of Your Spirit in my heart. Lord, I don’t want a make believe relationship with You, one which is superficial. Rather, my heart’s desire is to be completely Yours, to put off the lusts of the flesh and to cling to Your salvation. Lord Jesus, please teach me how to cultivate the fruits of Your Holy Spirit. Please help me to walk in love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance. Please make me more like You today. Thank You. Amen.
