What do you know?

The path of life isn’t such that we can see very far ahead.

Rather, it is only viewable for the now.

We only live in today.

We make plans and schedules.

We write down our “to do” lists, but our knowledge is limited to the present and the past.

Unless, we know Jesus.

And believe in Him.

For He alone is the One who gives us not only knowledge of the path, but also a promise for our future.

With all our busyness of life, let us remain focused upon the One who gave it.

Let us spend time with Christ and His Word, that our knowledge may grow and most importantly, our relationship with Jesus deepen.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
John 3:16‭-‬17 NKJV

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
John 14:6 NKJV

“A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also. At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.”
John 14:19‭-‬21 NKJV

Dear Lord Jesus,

Thank You for Your Word. Thank You for the truth of eternal life in You, through Your sacrifice. Lord Jesus, please help each one of us to walk with You and not to lean on our own ways, but to trust You in all things. Lord, the older I get the more I realize I know very little, but that You know it all. Lord, please help me to live in humility and honor, bringing glory to Your name. Lord, increase my understanding of You as I continually seek Your face. Lord, please help me to remain steadfast before You and to walk diligently in the tasks at hand, for in today is where I reside and I want to use this wonderful gift for Your glory. I love You, Jesus. Amen.
