Today’s prayer:

I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
Ephesians 4:1‭-‬6 NKJV

Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank You for Your Word. Thank You for eternal life through Your sacrifice. Lord Jesus, as these days of wars and rumors of wars occur, I humbly request You teach us how to be unified both with Your Holy Spirit and with our fellow members in the body of Christ. Lord, on our own, we cannot see clearly, for each of us is spurred on by different perspectives and motives, but in You we can find Your perspective and walk in unity with one another. Lord Jesus, please open our hearts and minds to Your truth and Your will for this day. Please guide and direct us into Your plans, not going astray into our own selfish ambitions. Lord, please, teach us who You are and who we are in You. Thank You, Lord. Amen.
