Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank You for our family. Thank You for the gift of children. Lord, today, I’d like to lift up our daughters and granddaughters. Lord, please hone their hearts. Create in them the desire to be women of worth, virtuous, respectful, full of the knowledge of You and Your Word. Please help them to be honorable in their actions, their words, and their thoughts. Lord, please teach them to take every thought captive and to surrender themselves wholely to You. Lord Jesus, please help them to be wise, discerning, soft spoken, but filled with Your truth. Lord, please keep them from fear, envy, selfishness, slothfulness, and guard them from the lies of the enemy, for Eve was deceived. Lord Jesus, please provide them with the covering of Your Word and the blessings of authority over them. Help them to be kind, thoughtful, loving, modest, diligent, gentle, strong, faithful, and most of all a reflection of You. Thank You for each of them. Thank You for helping me to learn daily from Your Word. Please help me to be these things, I want to be a godly example for our daughters. I love You, Jesus. I ask these things in Your name. Amen.
