Hebrews 4:12 KJV — For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank You for Your Word. Thank You for the blessings of scripture. Lord, thank You for watching over us and providing for us, because Your Word is truly a gift. Jesus, I want to honor You and to be obedient to You and Your commandments. I know I can do nothing in my own strength, but only in You am I able. Lord, thank You for Your patience with me. Thank You for the guidance and instruction, may my heart be humble before You. Lord, for those who have yet to know You, please continue to draw them to Yourself. Lord, for the innocent and oppressed, please reach out to them, give them a future hope of eternity. Lord, for those who know You and are known by You, please teach them to be Your hands and feet, faithful in word and deed, an example of Your Word to all those who are around them. Lord, let all we do bring glory to Your name. Amen.
