Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity!
Psalm 133:1 KJV
Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank You for Your Word. What beautiful truth there is in these words. There is something so profound when we dwell together in unity, husband and wife, parents and children, the body of Christ, it’s incredibly beautiful. Lord, it is no wonder the enemy is constantly attacking these relationships. To build offense and distrust between us is a way to break what You created for good. Lord, please teach us how to live in unity with one another as well as with Your statutes, walking clearly in Your ways. Lord, thank You for such clear teaching throughout the scriptures of what is right and what is wrong. Lord, too often my flesh is the thing warring against the Spirit, please continue to teach me how to guard against the lusts of the flesh. Chastise me quickly when I have slid into the ways of sin, that I might turn away from it, repenting and walking differently. Lord, please reveal Your Word to our hearts and minds that we might focus upon You and Your direction for our day. Lord Jesus, thank You for Your blessings. Thank You for Your Word. Thank You for salvation. I love You, Jesus. Amen.
