Today’s prayer:
Philippians 4:8 NKJV — Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.
Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank You for Your Word. Thank You for Your clear instruction. Thank You for the guidance You give us through Your scriptures and Your Holy Spirit. Lord Jesus, please continue to teach me how to focus on these things. Help me to discern what things are true, noble, just, pure that I might think on these things. Lord, please remind me to look at those things which are lovely, of good report, and full of virtue. Please help me to be continually full of Your praise and worship. Lord, help me to be grateful to You in everything. I know I can trust You with my life and I know walking in Your ways is where I find peace and assurance, quietness of spirit. Lord Jesus, please help me to be honest, thoughtful, quick to listen, slow to speak, full of integrity, patient, kind, faithful, and loving. Thank You for giving me so much. May my life bring glory to Your name. Amen.
